What facial do I need for mature skin?

I recommend the Face Lift massage or the Neal's Yard Facial - both of which use the Frankincense Intense range from Neal's Yard.

What facial do I need for dry skin?

My facials cater for all skin types. I select the Neal's Yard product best suited to your skin. For dry skin, I tend to include Hyaluronic Acid Booster alongside Frankincense Hydrating Cream and Frankincense Facial Oil.

What do I need to wear for a treatment?

Massage - anything you are comfortable in. You will be asked to undress to your underwear and will be covered with a blanket.

Thai Stretch- wear loose clothing eg joggers, leggings which you will wear throughout your treatment

Facials - anything you are comfortable in. You will be asked to remove your top (and be covered by a towel) as the treatment includes a neck and shoulder massage.  

Pregnancy massage - you will be asked to undress to your underwear and be given a comfortable sarong and a blanket to cover yourself with

How long have you been doing this job for?

I have been working as a therapist for over 2 years, based out of Balm in Leamington (formerly Neal's Yard). I have recently opened a treatment room in Banbury too.

What treatments do you offer?

I offer bespoke massages and hydrating and anti-ageing facials and face lift massages with the main aim of providing a deeply calming and relaxing treatment. Most clients I have are stressed and need time to be still and quiet for an hour. The difference in how clients look and feel when they leave is amazing! I use Neal's Yard products in my treatments and believe that clean, natural organic skincare products are so important.

I also offer Waxing - face, underarm, arms, legs and bikini line.

Which Waxing system do you use?

PHD Safewax - it is the only system to reduce the risk of cross infection from one client to another. This unique system uses a disposable applicator head with a single gate mechanism to prevent wax from re-entering the tube. A gentle cleansing gel is applied beforehand and a soothing moisturiser is applied after the treatment.
